No Leg Pain, No Leg Gain...

I heard muscle confusion is good. Decided to test out theory.

1/12/10 - 20:00 - P90X Legs and Back video (no pull ups, just did extra lunges and squats)
1/12/10 - 20:45 - P90X Ab Ripper Video
1/12/10 - 21:05 - 2 miles on treadmill (easy pace, can barely move legs)
1/13/10 - 11:20 - 2 miles on track (easy pace, can barely move legs)
1/13/10 - 11:40 - 4 sets of squats (135, 185, 205, 225)

P90X - Round 2 - Completed

Today was the first Friday in 24 weeks I did not get up and do P90X. Well, minus the rest week Fridays. Round #2 is complete!!! Now I plan to take 2-3 weeks off the weights and concentrate on some cardio. Maybe I'll come Tuesday to the bike/swim workout.... Can we run afterward?

Friday started week 9 of P90X. 4 weeks to go and then I'm taking a few weeks off the weights and hitting cardio harder.

P90X - Round 2 - Rest week

Today is the first day of rest week (week #8). 4 more weeks and I'm done with round 2. Still gaining strength, but I cut way back on cardio. Spinning and running about once per week. Gained a few pounds already. I'm blaming it on the Football season and drinking every weekend and most week nights. That stuff is really bad for you. But it doesn't stop me from my morning workouts.

P90X - Round 2

I haven't posted in a few weeks. I did start round 2 of P90X 3 weeks ago. Everything is going great and I'm still increasing weights and reps. Week 4 is just starting, which is rest week, and I need it. I should have taken a week off between rounds, but didn't, so that I would be on the same schedule as my neighbor. Should finish a week or 2 before Christmas.
