P90X - Week 12

The final week of P90X's 12 week program.
P90X - Week 11

Only 2 weeks to go for the 12 week cycle. I'm still in Hawaii and doing the workouts here. Did Chest and Back yesterday in the hotel gym. Back was modified since they didn't have pull up bar. They had a lat machine and I just set the weight to my body weight. Seemed harded, maybe because I couldnt swing or cheat.
P90X - Week 10

Week 9 went as planned, except I did not bike on wed. I did log some good running miles.
To start week, 10 I did insanity intervals for 58 min on Fri. It was insane, last 4 min were hard to even stand up.but I kept my breakfast down.
P90X - Week 9

Week 8 (Rest week) was actually 2 weeks long, since the Big Pig was on Sunday. I thought I would get a short jog in on Monday, really ended up just doing a mile walk.
Tuesday was still rest week, but I decided to do Bi's and Back in the morning (I told my neighbor anything but legs). Work out went well, the bent over lawn mowers kind of hurt my legs, but I survived.

Pigman HIM 2009

Thought I would write a little in here about my race. This was my first race longer then a sprint. My knee has been hurting for 4 weeks, so I basically took the last 2 weeks off to rest. Knee was better yesterday, but I still got leg cramps.
Here are my results.
