P90X - Week 5 - Days 2 & 3

Saturday was day 2, I woke up and did Plyometrics at 6am, rode 7.5 miles to Solon, then ran 5k in 21:26 (PR). Perfect weather, 60 degrees and no sun.
Sunday was day 3, which was a new video, Back and Bi's. Again it was 24 exercises about 45 minutes long (not counting warm up and cool down). Basically all pull ups and curls, every version you can think of.

P90X - Week 5 - Day 1

Today was the first day of week 5, which means back to weights and a new DVD workout. The new DVD is Chest, Shoulders, and Tri's. Really tough workout, it's 24 different exercises in about 45 minutes. Basically push-ups, flys, and tri extensions in every possible position. By the 12th exercise I was pretty wiped. Just about the time they started 1 arm push ups!!!
P90X - Week 4

Everything is going well still. Did Yoga on Mon, Legs and Back on Tues, skipped Kenpo on Wed (Rode 31 miles instead), and on my rest day Thurs - I did Chest and Back (since I skipped the very first day because the QC tri was the next day).

P90X - Days 11-17

It's been a week since my last blog and I'm still going strong at P90X and Swim/Bike/Run.
Here is a summary of week:
Day 11 (Mon) - did Yoga video (1.5hrs [too long]), and spin at lunch.
Day 12 (Tues) - did legs and back video and a very short 3 mi bike ride to pick up kids in bike trialer

P90X - Day 10

Day 10 is a repeat of day 3, shoulders and arms. Nothing really new, still keeping up with videos. I will probably start weekly updates from here on.
Got in some swimming and alot of drinking today, and a good sun burn. Made up for entire week. It's 8:30 and I'm ready for bed.
