We use this site mainly as a place for communication between team members, so check this site often to find out what new events we have planned.
Our 2008 webmaster is Steve Davis (also the bike captain). You can talk to him at Swim, Spin, or Run practice if you have any problems with, comments about, or suggestions for the site.

Social this Friday 8PM at Sam's Pizza on Gilbert St. Trihawks will be providing some pizzas. Anyone and everyone is welcome. Hope to see you all there!
Spring Meeting
We will be having a meeting this Wednesday at 8:00pm in the FH before swim, room To Be Determined. We will mainly be discussing uniforms, and this year's Nationals trip. There will be a fit kit for the uniforms there at the meeting so please try to make it if you are interested in a uniform this year. If you are new to the team and would like a chance to come and meet some team members and see what we are all about, please don't hesitate to attend!
Zoom Clinic, Numero Dos
We will be having our second Zoom clinic this Saturday, November 14 from 10:30am-2pm. This will be our second swim clinic and will act as a followup to the first. We will focus on open-water swimming techniques, analyze swim videos, as well as hold an open forum focusing on nutrition.
Zoom Coaching Swim Clinic
Reminder!!! The swim clinic is this Saturday 10/24 at Mercer Aquatic Center at 10:30am. We will swim until 12:00pm and have a short 30 minute break to head back to the Fieldhouse E220 for a Question and Answer forum. Don't forget that you must pay your team dues to be allowed to attend this clinic. You should have gotten emails about this, so if you haven't please contact Steve.
Tour de Trihawks - Still On
There was some slight confusion about the first annual Tour de Trihawks. However, we will definitely still be holding the ride, and I hope that all members of the team want to participate. We will be meeting at 11:00am on Saturday morning for a LEISURELY 40mi ride around the Iowa City area (with ample stop time). If you have any question let the social chair Jared Carter know.
