These workouts are not in any particular order and do not comprise an effective training plan for any specific distance of triathlon, but they should give you a few good ideas that will help give you ideas for creating your own workouts that will meet your needs and help you achieve your goals.

- Map My Tri - The "Map My" sites are very useful for two reasons, they can help you accurately judge the distances that you are biking and running, and they can record your progress like an online training log that you can easily use to monitor your workouts.
- Slowtwitch - This website dedicated to triathletes has an excellent forum where you can get feedback on your training from athletes from all over the nation.
