Zoom Clinic, Numero Dos

We will be having our second Zoom clinic this Saturday, November 14 from 10:30am-2pm. This will be our second swim clinic and will act as a followup to the first. We will focus on open-water swimming techniques, analyze swim videos, as well as hold an open forum focusing on nutrition.

The entire clinic will be held at the Field House. We will start at 10:30am in FH330 with the nutrition forum, and at noon we will transition (no pun intended) to the pool. These forums are very relaxed, and they are an opportunity for members to interact with USAT certified coaches. Questions are encouraged during the forum.
