Still on track, did 16 miles during week and a 16 mile long run on Sunday. Was traveling over weekend, so long run was done in Chicago suburb, solo. I was able to maintain my normal 9min/mile pace. I didn't have water stations, like Running Wild provides, so I had to carry a bottle of water. Luckily there was a Burger King at about mile 8 and I was able to fill it up.
